HOOC-PEG2000-COOH
Based on 1 Customer Validation
HOOC-PEG2000-COOH is a dicarboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol and calcium ion chelator. HOOC-PEG2000-COOH inhibits platelet aggregation and contraction while promoting fibrinolysis and blood clot dissolution. HOOC-PEG2000-COOH can serve as a coating for superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles in nanovaccine formulations, and as a bifunctional linker in pH-sensitive conjugates for siRNA delivery liposomes. HOOC-PEG2000-COOH can be used in research on thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
