CRBN modulator-2 is a molecular glue that binds to cereblon (CRBN) in the CRL4 E3 ligase complex (IC50 < 1 μM for binding to CRBN). CRBN modulator-2 can be used in research on hematological malignancies such as multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia.
