IKZF1-degrader-4

IKZF1-degrader-4 is an IKZF1 molecular glue degrader with an EC50 of 6 nM. IKZF1-degrader-4 binds to the cereblon (CRBN) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, alters its substrate recognition specificity, and potently induces ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of IKZF1 protein. I-13 is applicable for cancer-related research.
