ND-L11A TFA
ND-L11A TFA is the R-configured enantiomer of the NSD2 degrader ND-L11, with KD >100 μM. ND-L11A TFA fails to induce significant NSD2 protein degradation in multiple myeloma KMS11 cells and shows no significant antiproliferative effect on NSD2-driven KMS11 cells. ND-L11A TFA can be used in the study of multiple myeloma.
