MMP-3 |
In Vitro
NFF-3 is hydrolyzed by MMP-3 with kcat/Km = 218,000 s-1 M-1, whereas MMP-1 and MMP-2 show no detectable hydrolysis, and MMP-9 exhibits much lower efficiency (10,100 s-1 M-1)[2].
NFF-3 confers MMP-3-triggered degradability on chitosan microspheres (CNMS) in the bacterial infection microenvironment[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
