NSC10010 hydrochloride
NSC10010 hydrochloride is a Mycobacterium tuberculosis ClpC1 inhibitor and differentiation inducer (IC50 = 4 µM; Kd = 2.8 µM). NSC10010 hydrochloride inhibits the ATPase and proteolytic activities of ClpC1 by binding to it, and downregulates E2F1, induces DNA damage, apoptosis, and lipid droplet accumulation, thereby inhibiting breast cancer cell proliferation and Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv growth. NSC10010 hydrochloride can be used for research on breast cancer and tuberculosis.

NSC10010 hydrochloride has an NCI-reported SRB GI50 of 5.4 μM in MCF-7 cells[1].
NSC10010 (4 μM; 48 h) hydrochloride increases the Ki67 index in MCF-7 cells and inhibits E2F-1 protein levels in MCF-7 cells at its MTS IC50 concentration[1].
NSC10010 (4 μM; 24-48 h) hydrochloride induces DNA damage in MCF-7 cells at its MTS IC50 concentration[1].
NSC10010 (48 h) hydrochloride exhibits significant toxicity toward MCF10A non-transformed mammary epithelial cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
