NVS-VHL785
NVS-VHL785 is a VHL-binding molecular glue that selectively degrades CDO1. NVS-VHL785 recruits CDO1 to the VHL-cullin-RING ubiquitin ligase complex, inducing ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent degradation of CDO1. NVS-VHL785 can be used for research related to CDO1-mediated diseases.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
NVS‑VHL785 induces CDO1‑VHL ternary complex assembly in the TR‑FRET biochemical assay (AC50 =194 nM) and the cellular NanoBiT assay (AC50 =701 nM)[1].
NVS‑VHL785 directly binds the VHL protein, with a binary binding KD =220 nM measured by SPR; the VHL‑compound 7‑CDO1 ternary complex has an SPR KD =0.3 μM[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
