Oleoyl oxazolopyridine
Oleoyl oxazolopyridine is a fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) inhibitor with a Ki of 1.3-2.3 nM. Oleoyl oxazolopyridine blocks the hydrolysis of Anandamide (HY-10863). Oleoyl oxazolopyridine can be used in research related to lipid metabolism, inflammation, and pain.

In Vitro
Oleoyl oxazolopyridine inhibits recombinant human FAAH expressed in COS-7 membranes with a Ki of 1.3 nM[1].
Oleoyl oxazolopyridine (1-500 nM; 5-10 min) is a partial non-competitive inhibitor of recombinant human FAAH, with an IC50 of 24.3 nM[2].
Oleoyl oxazolopyridine (50 nM) almost completely inhibits FAAH-mediated d4-EA formation in human and dog liver microsomes[2].
