Pestalotinone B (0.31-10 μg/mL; 6-8 h) inhibits S. aureus ATCC 6538 and MRSA with an MIC of 1.25 μg/mL, and inhibits E. faecium VSE and VRE with an MIC of 5 μg/mL^[3].

Others

Pestalotinone B (0.016-50 μM) exhibited weak cytotoxicity against A549, HeLa, and HepG2 (IC₅₀ 23.6-29.6 μM), and no cytotoxicity against MCF-7 and Vero (IC₅₀ > 50 μM)^[3].
