KRAS G12C degrader-1 (compound 283) is a potent KRASG12C chaperone-mediated protein (CHAMP) degrader with DC50 < 100 nM. KRAS G12C degrader-1 binds to KRASG12C and HSP90, inducing ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of KRASG12C. KRAS G12C degrader-1 can be used for research on KRASG12C-mutant cancers.
