RBM39 degrader-3 is a molecular glue. RBM39 degrader-3 promotes the ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of the splicing factor RBM39 by recruiting DCAF15 to the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex (with an EC₅₀ < 5 μM for inducing the formation of the DCAF15-RBM39 ternary complex). RBM39 degrader-3 can be used in research on colorectal cancer.
