RBM39 Degrader-4

RBM39 Degrader-4 is a molecular glue degrader. RBM39 Degrader-4 binds to the DCAF15 substrate receptor of the CRL4 E3 ligase complex and promotes the formation of the DCAF15-RBM39 ternary complex (EC₅₀ = 16.4 nM), thereby degrading the splicing factor RBM39 via the proteasome. RBM39 Degrader-4 can be used for research on colorectal cancer.
