RBM39-IN-1
RBM39-IN-1 is a sulfonamide-based RNA binding motif protein 39 (RBM39) molecular glue degrader that promotes the formation of a ternary complex between RBM39 and the CUL4-DCAF15 E3 ubiquitin ligase, inducing RBM39 polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. RBM39-IN-1 is used in research on RBM39-related tumors (including renal cell carcinoma and ovarian cancer).
