Ramipril (HOE-498) is an orally active angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor with blood-brain barrier permeability, and it is metabolized in vivo to the active metabolite Ramiprilat (HY-A0115). Ramipril has antioxidant, vasoprotective, and anti-atherosclerotic effects. Ramipril reduces the degradation of angiotensin II and bradykinin, downregulates TGF-beta/CTGF/fibronectin/α-SMA, and inhibits pancreatic/cardiac fibrosis. Ramipril improves glucose tolerance and insulin secretion, and reduces weight gain/appetite. Ramipril sensitizes mast cells, enhances FcεRI histamine release/degranulation, aggravates IgE allergic reactions, and downregulates the bradykinin receptor. Ramipril improves vascular endothelial relaxation function in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Ramipril alleviates Oxaliplatin (HY-17371)-induced acute hyperalgesia in mice. Ramipril can be used in research related to diseases such as type 2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, allergy, and hypertension .

(rel)-AR234960 is a selective and competitive agonist of the G protein-coupled receptor MAS. (rel)-AR234960 binds to the MAS receptor to activate the downstream ERK1/2 signaling pathway, inducing the expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and its downstream collagen subtype genes (such as COL1A1, COL3A1). (rel)-AR234960 promotes collagen synthesis in cardiac fibroblasts through the MAS-ERK1/2-CTGF pathway and aggravates extracellular matrix remodeling. (rel)-AR234960's in vitro effect can be blocked by the MAS inverse agonist AR244555 and MEK1 inhibitor. (rel)-AR234960 regulates the expression of cardiac fibrosis-related genes and can be used in the study of heart failure .

PROTAC TEAD degrader-1 is a TEAD2 degrader and antiproliferative agent with selective activity toward TEAD2 relative to other TEAD family members. PROTAC TEAD degrader-1 relies on CRBN and the proteasome system for TEAD2 degradation; disruption of CRBN binding attenuates this activity. PROTAC TEAD degrader-1 decreases expression of YAP target genes CYR61 and CTGF. PROTAC TEAD degrader-1 can be used for the research of NF2-deficient cancer .

PRX-08066 inhibits the MAPK pathway, 5-HT release and fibrotic factor (TGFβ1, CTGF and FGF2) expression. PRX-08066 inhibits the proliferation of KRJ-I cells and induces apoptosis (caspase-3 activation). PRX-08066 inhibits pulmonary vascular remodeling. PRX-08066 can be used of pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and neuroendocrine tumor (NET) .
