P60-L3-VHL is a PROTAC degrader targeting Foxp3. P60-L3-VHL triggers the ubiquitination modification of Foxp3 by conjugating the Foxp3-targeting peptide P60 with the VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand via a long linker, and mediates protein degradation through the proteasome pathway.
