Phallacidin is a natural bicyclic heptapeptide derived from the poisonous mushroom Amanita phalloides. Phallacidin binds to filamentous actin specifically with high affinity, with a K_d of 20 nM. CH 275 is a peptidic somatostatin analog that acts as an agonist of SST1 (IC₅₀ = 30.9 nM, K_i = 52 nM).
