SQ-030
SQ-030 is a cPGES inhibitor with a human Kd of 0.315 μM. SQ-030 reduces lipid accumulation in hepatocytes. SQ-030 ameliorates hepatic dysfunction, hepatic steatosis, inflammation, and fibrosis in mice. SQ-030 alleviates hepatic dysfunction and lipid deposition in mice. SQ-030 can be used for research on metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD).
For research use only. We do not sell to patients.
