VR17-04 iodide

VR17-04 (15 min) iodide inhibits the RNA synthesis activity of purified influenza A/WSN/33 (H1N1) FluPol with an IC₅₀ of 0.84 mM^[1].
VR17-04 iodide inhibits influenza A A/WSN/33 (H1N1) FluPol capped primer extension, causing no extension at high concentrations and partial 1-2 nucleotide extension at moderate concentrations^[1].
VR17-04 (30 min) iodide inhibits SARS-CoV-2 nsp7/8/12 RNA synthesis with an IC₅₀ of 2.00-3.00 mM^[1].
VR17-04 (15 min) iodide inhibits purified A/WSN/1933 (H1N1) influenza virus RNA polymerase activity with an IC₅₀ of 0.84 mM^[3].
