WEE1 degrader-3
WEE1 degrader-3 is a WEE1 molecular glue degrader. WEE1 degrader-3 recruits the E3 ubiquitin ligase Cereblon (CRBN) to WEE1, mediating WEE1 ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation. WEE1 degrader-3 degrades WEE1-ePL with an EC50 of 0.0087 μM. WEE1 degrader-3 can be used for research on WEE1-dependent tumors.
