Rabbit Thrombin is a serine protease. Rabbit Thrombin forms a covalent complex with antithrombin III and reversibly binds endothelial cell surface high-affinity sites. Rabbit Thrombin regulates VEGF and Ang-2, potentiates VEGF mitogenic activity and protects endothelial cells from apoptosis. Rabbit Thrombin can be used for the research of hindlimb ischemia .

Rabbit Fibrinogen is a native fibrinogen from rabbit plasma. Fibrinogen is a selective proteolytic molecule that can be activated by thrombin to assemble fibrin clots. Fibrinogen can regulate the activation of NF-KB in endothelial cells and upregulate the expression of inflammatory chemokines MCP-1 and MCP-1. Fibrinogen plays a key role in blood clotting, thrombosis, atherosclerosis and the pathological development of venous grafts, and can be used in the study of blood clotting and vascular diseases .

[Rh(cod)Cl]2 (Chloro (1,5-cyclooctadiene) rhodium (I) dimer) is an organometallic rhodium (I) dimer precursor and platelet aggregation inhibitor. [Rh(cod)Cl]2 inhibits PAF-induced aggregation in washed rabbit platelets. [Rh(cod)Cl]2 inhibits aggregation induced by PAF, Thrombin, ADP and Collagen in human platelet-rich plasma. [Rh(cod)Cl]2 acts as a catalyst precursor for the hydrogenation of aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, olefins and BINOL derivatives. [Rh(cod)Cl]2 is used in the research of cardiovascular diseases such as thromboinflammation-related disorders, tumor metastasis and atherosclerosis .

DPC423 is a selective and orally active factor Xa inhibitor with a Kis of 0.15 (human) and 0.3 (rabbit) nM. DPC423 exhibits Kis of 60, 61 and 6000 nM against human trypsin, plasma kallikrein and thrombin. DPC423 blocks the formation of prothrombinase complex, reduces thrombin production, inhibits fibrin formation and platelet activation. DPC423 can be used for the study of anticoagulation of arterial thrombosis .

Rabbit Factor X is a vitamin K-dependent plasma serine protease that is activated to generate Factor Xa. Rabbit Factor X mediates the common coagulation pathway and catalyzes the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin . Rabbit Factor X is the first enzyme to act in the common pathway of thrombosis in the coagulation cascade. Rabbit Factor X can be used in studies related to Factor X deficiency .

Litebamine is a phenanthrene alkaloid with antiplatelet activity. Litebamine potently targets arachidonic acid- and collagen-induced platelet aggregation, but shows no activity against thrombin-induced aggregation. Litebamine inhibits arachidonic acid- and collagen-induced ATP release and thromboxane B2 production in rabbit platelets, without altering cyclic AMP levels or phosphoinositide breakdown in rabbit platelets. Litebamine has no effect on platelet-activating factor- or U46619 (HY-108566)-induced aggregation, nor does it affect [ 3H] inositol monophosphate production in rabbit platelets induced by collagen, platelet-activating factor or thrombin .
