Amprolium hydrochloride is a thiamine transporter inhibitor and antiparasitic agent with oral activity and blood-brain barrier penetration. Amprolium hydrochloride blocks thiamine transport at the blood-brain barrier and intestine, and competitively inhibits thiamine pyrophosphokinase, inducing thiamine pyrophosphate deficiency and impairing carbohydrate synthesis. Amprolium hydrochloride induces oxidative stress, alters antioxidant enzyme activity, and inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity. Amprolium hydrochloride disrupts reproductive organs and gametogenesis, and causes histopathological and ultrastructural damage to multiple organs. Amprolium hydrochloride induces thiamine deficiency, reduces body weight gain in mice, and causes psychomotor behavioral changes and nephropathy. Amprolium hydrochloride exhibits molluscicidal activity against the terrestrial snail Eobania vermiculata, and reduces the shedding of Eimeria meleagrimitis oocysts in feces and litter. Amprolium hydrochloride can be used for research on thiamine deficiency and coccidiosis .

Antimicrobial agent-57 is an agricultural antimicrobial agent that acts as a mitochondrial respiratory chain complex III inhibitor (IC50 = 8.82 mg/L). Antimicrobial agent-57 binds to the Qo site, disrupts the mitochondrial respiratory chain of P. capsici, and inhibits respiration. Antimicrobial agent-57 induces ultrastructural damage to hyphae, including cell wall thickening, mitochondrial degradation, vacuole enlargement, and lipid droplet reduction. Antimicrobial agent-57 inhibits hyphal respiratory metabolism. Antimicrobial agent-57 can be used for research on Phytophthora capsici infection .

Antifungal agent 188 is an Antifungal agent. Antifungal agent 188 exhibits weak inhibitory activity against E. coli PDHc-E1, with IC50 = 59.7 μM. Antifungal agent 188 induces extensive ultrastructural damage in fungal hyphae, disrupting the cell wall and cell membrane. Antifungal agent 188 causes mitochondrial dysfunction and impaired energy production. Antifungal agent 188 induces ROS accumulation. Antifungal agent 188 interferes with glucan-related carbohydrate processes, reduces β-glucan (HY-W145521) content, and impairs cell wall integrity. Antifungal agent 188 is a potent in vitro inhibitor of M. fructicola and B. cinerea. Antifungal agent 188 can be used for research on peach brown rot .
