Silodosin Glucuronide sodium
Silodosin Glucuronide (Silodosin β-D-glucuronide; KMD-3213G) sodium is generated in vivo via glucuronidation of the α1A-adrenoceptor antagonist Silodosin (HY-10122). Silodosin Glucuronide sodium is a key biomarker measured simultaneously with the parent drug in human pharmacokinetic/bioequivalence studies of Silodosin formulations.
